Metamorphosis Holistic MedSpa’s Policies

Appointments

You must have a valid credit card to book an appointment. The credit card will not be charged and you can pay how you like at the time of your service.

We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but highly recommend booking in advance for any of our services.

We must comply with state licensing and regulations as well as insurance guidelines, this means you will be asked to complete an intake form and consent to treat on your first visit, each visit on some services, and updated yearly. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete or update your forms. We are able to email some forms and others are available online. Some treatments require before photos.

If you arrive late to your appointment the appointment will be shortened so the next guest will not be delayed, however you will still be charged for the full appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We will be updating our cancellation / rescheduling policy to best assist all of our clients and to respect our provider’s time. Our new policy will start February 1st, 2024.

To best assist all of our clients we do have a “no-exception” cancellation policy set in place. If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your appointments, please give us a call or text at 425-626-2436 a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule you. This is simply to respect our providers’ busy schedules. Many services we offer require advance planning and the opportunity to fill last-minute cancellations is challenging as most people plan for any potential downtime in advance.

We value you as a client and your appointment time that we set aside for you is very important to us at Metamorphosis.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or no show on the day of your appointment, a $50 non-refundable fee will be charged to your card on file. No exceptions.

**No exceptions – includes illness/Covid, weather (non-emergency), work conflicts, unexpected personal conflicts. We are a small business and we incur a loss for all cancellations made within 24 hours. We still pay our providers and have to keep our policy universal regardless of the cancellation reason.

In addition, after two no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be required to place a deposit on your account to hold any future appointments. Deposits will vary based on the type of appointment and will be forfeited if another no-show or cancellation within 48 hours occurs again.

Payments

At Metamorphosis Holistic MedSpa we accept cash, credit, debit, checks, Aspire points, Allē points and Xperience points. We offer Cherry payment plans to help you treat now and pay later.

Return Policy

At Metamorphosis Holistic Med Spa we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds for any product that has been injected or used during your treatment. We are constantly striving to create an environment founded on excellence, quality, and most importantly – the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skin care product returns (with exceptions to clear defects in packaging or product) once your purchase has been completed. In the event of a true allergic reaction, you must contact the clinic and be seen within 48 hours of the reported reaction and have the reaction assessed by a provider to document the event before any returns/exchanges can be accepted and must be completed within two weeks of initial product purchase. This will be given as an in-house credit towards future purchases, no cash refunds will be made.

Deposit / Cancellation Policy

Due to the significant amount of time invested in many of our services and the length of the appointment time on a provider’s schedule, we require a $500 deposit before many of our treatments. This deposit will go towards your treatment total, unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within a 48-hour window of your appointment, then the deposit will be forfeited.

Services requiring Deposit: Morpheus8, NovaThreads, Filler, Laser Hair Removal.

Late Arrival Policy

Metamorphosis Holistic MedSpa respects the time of all our clients. To avoid delaying clients who are booked after your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. A non-refundable fee will be applied (see cancellation policy for details).

Laser Hair Removal Policy

As a gentle reminder, we expect all of our clients who are receiving a laser service to shave the planned treatment area(s) prior to the appointment. We expect no stubble present. This is for your health and safety as well as to not cut into your treatment time.

Please note, there is a shaving charge of $25-$100 (area dependent) incurred in the case that shaving is necessary.

Metamorphosis Holistic MedSpa’s Etiquette & Guidelines

We value our clients and your time is very important to us, please help us and our clients by conforming to our policies.

As a spa guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns
  • Communicate complete & accurate health information, including reasons for your visit
  • Adhere to the spa’s policies and procedures

You have the right to:

  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment
  • Stop a treatment at any time for any reason
  • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect
  • Trained staff who respectfully conducts treatments according to spa policies and procedures
  • Ask questions about your spa experience
  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification

Please be considerate of others:

  • Please turn off your cell phone or silence your calls, loud phone conversations in the lobby or treatment room will be asked to stop. Help us maintain a quiet space for all our clients.
  • Please understand on rare occasions noises beyond our control can be disruptive, our team always works hard to hold the space for each client to relax and unwind. It is never our intention for loud noises to take away from your time.

Customer Satisfaction

Our service providers and team are dedicated to what they do! If you are unhappy with the service please notify us as we would like a chance to make things right.

COVID/Illness

As we continue with our stringent infection prevention protocols along with clear communication, visibility and consistency, the safety of our clients and our staff will always be our top priority. If you are sick, please notify us and stay at home, but understand we do have a cancellation policy.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.

If you refuse to pay the cancellation fee you will no longer be allowed to schedule with Metamorphosis Holistic MedSpa.

If you treat any of our staff in a disrespectful manner or make an inappropriate statement to them, future services will be refused.

E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used to purchase a memberships, or with certain specials.

HSA or Flex Spending

We do accept these cards. It is your responsibility to use it to make purchases according to their terms and conditions.

Prices are Subject to Change

Prices and Services are subject to change at any time.

Specials Pricing and Monthly Specials

Monthly specials, coupons and discounts cannot be extended. These are promotions meant to be used in a timely manner. Discounts/Specials cannot be combined.

What to Wear and How to Arrive

Body Treatments: Undergarments you do not mind getting messy such as sports bra and thong underwear.

Laser: Loose fitting clothes, sports bra, exercise shorts. (Please remember to shave the night before or morning of your laser hair removal treatment).

Laser on face: No Make-up please. Tanning and self-tanners are prohibited. If you have been in the sun or show evidence of sun tan or self-tanning, treatment will be refused and you may lose the treatment from your package.

Facials, Peels, Med Spa Facial Treatments: no makeup, if you forget we will remove it.

Guest(s)

Ideally, you will show up to your consultation or appointment alone. While we do not restrict your friend(s) or family from entering the treatment room as we understand a good support system, it can serve as a distraction at times. We want to collaborate with you on what you can expect from the procedure as well as focus on providing you quality work. It’s much easier to communicate with less people in the room.

Children can be very disruptive to not only your time but other clients as well! We ask that you find child care for any child not receiving a spa treatment. Children cannot be left in the lobby.

No children are allowed for Laser Hair Removal appointments. Children are not allowed in the treatment room during Laser treatments and cannot be left unattended in waiting room. If you must bring your child with you for your laser hair removal treatments it is your responsibility to bring accompanying child care for the appointment. Otherwise, treatment will be refused and you may lose the treatment from your package for the missed appointment.

Follow ALL Treatment Instructions

Certain treatments will require your due diligence in following treatment instructions. We ask that you please follow all relevant instructions at all times, or you may increase your risk for undesirable side effects. Sometimes, less is more; don’t overdo any product just because you feel it will speed up or magnify your results.

Share Your Thoughts

If you are in for a touch-up, you want to be as honest as possible about what you like and what you do not like about your results. When you communicate clearly, you can expect the person serving you to better address your needs and wants. You should also be vocal during your treatment. If you are in pain or feel at all uncomfortable with the procedure, don’t suffer in silence!

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.
